I offer group yoga classes, workshops, and immersive retreats designed to cultivate connection, mindfulness, and holistic well-being. From studio classes and corporate wellness events to community gatherings and international retreats, each experience blends dynamic movement, breath work, and restorative practices to help participants feel grounded, energized, and inspired.

Words can’t even express the gratitude I feel in my heart. This experience quite literally rejuvenated my soul. Coming into it I was feeling stagnant, lost in the right direction, but didn’t know what step would move me forward. I knew this retreat was the first step my soul was searching for, but I didn’t realize how much weight Sasha would lift off my shoulders  or how much strength I had within me until she directed and encouraged me to re-access a power that was dying to be recognized.
