
About Sasha
Hi, I’m Sasha — the heart behind Holistic Hovich. I believe that true wellness comes from nourishing every part of who we are: body, mind, and spirit. My journey in nutrition and yoga has shown me that health is more than a number on a scale or a quick fix — it’s about creating balance, building sustainable habits, and cultivating practices that support a quality life.​I’m currently pursuing my Master’s in Nutrition, deepening my knowledge in the science of food and health, while also teaching yoga and guiding retreats. My passion lies in bridging evidence-based nutrition with mindful movement and holistic living, creating experiences and tools that help others thrive inside and out.​ At Holistic Hovich, my mission is simple: to create spaces where people can connect with themselves, each other, and the practices that lead to a quality life.

Yoga & Retreats
Sasha is a 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher and Continuing Education Provider with an additional 50 hours in Yin Yoga training. Her teaching style is dynamic, creative, and intentionally designed to meet students where they are while still encouraging growth. Sasha guides a variety of practices — from energizing vinyasa and mobility-focused flows to grounding restorative and yin sessions. Her experience spans studio classes, private one-on-one instruction, corporate wellness programs, community events, and international retreats.

Wellness Coaching
Sasha helps guide people towards nourishing their bodies properly while cultivating a healthy, balanced relationship with food. Her approach blends evidence-informed nutrition guidance with practical tools and mindful practices, empowering clients to make sustainable choices that support long-term wellness. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, or immersive programs, Sasha supports individuals in creating habits that feel realistic, fulfilling, and aligned with their lifestyle.
